These Boots are Made for Walking .... Down the Aisle!

Being a Texas Hill Country wedding officiant, I've seen my fair share of brides in boots.  It's a cute - and super comfy - spin on traditional bridal footwear.   (I have to confess I have never worn my wedding shoes again!  Maybe I should dye them some fun color?  Note to self ...)

With Pinterest on the forefront of wedding planning, you can find a ton of inspiration.  A quick search for "Wedding Boots" pulled up all of this eye candy.

Now, you're inspired!  Where to shop?!

Country Outfitter offers a whole section on their site called Wedding Boots (which look suspiciously like their regular boots, but, oh well!).  I specifically like the bone pair with red details picture above.

You can also always try your local Cavender's, Sheplers, or Allens Boots (if you're in Austin).

Want something truly unique?  Custom order a pair from Rocketbuster Boots in El Paso!

Or, take a nice afternoon drive to Wimberley and check out the vintage boot selection at Wall Street Western.  They're really cool and helpful - and have some GREAT boots (and other kicky vintage wear and Western duds, if that's your thing).
